I ordered the Authentic Dorothy costume (Wizard of OZ) along with accessoried from Joke Masquerade on Monday night.  I paid £11 for guaranteed next day delivery.

On wednesday night nothing had arrived, despite my parents waitintg in especially to sign for it.

I complained to Joke (what a joke they are too).  Having paid the additional £11 and not recieving my goods, which I need for a party on Friday. I wanted it early to give Mum time to adjust if necessary.

No offer of a partial refund nor an apolagy.  Instead I got a reply sayong the driver tried to deliver but no-one answered.  City Link apparantly knocked hard on the white front door and waited for ages.I was also advised I should of ticked the 'leave parcel without a signature' despite their website advising against this.

Thursday lunch time I read the above message and ciouldn't believe what I was reading.  Our house does NOT have a white door so obviously they tried to deliver to the wrong house.  Glad I didn't tick that 'deliver without signature box'. so replied, again saying I was unhappy, still no delivery and outlining the above.

Joke Masquerade replied saying they tried again, at the wrong address, Joke Masquerade still wouldn't offer any gesture of reimbursing me the additional £11 delivery charge I had incurred but not benefited from so I replied telling them I had had enough and not to bother.

Since thay can't seem to find where to deliver items, on two occasions they have instructed the driver to return the goods to them and will refund me when goods are checked.

Thanks very much Joke Masquerade.  I need an outfit for Friday.

I paid on Monday night and all I have recieved is stress, headaches, and now have to look tomorrow for something as I'm left on a limb.

My first order.  Never again.  Never ever again.

DO NOT USE this company if need a party outfit.
